An audit deadline a compliance team is staking their quarter on. A tax number a CPA has to sign their name to. A fleet log a regulator will actually pull up. I take that kind of dense, high-stakes work and make it something a person can get through without opening a support ticket, then build the system that lets a whole team keep shipping it that way.
