Our site lived off of google SEO. We had to keep up with google best practices to try and increase site traffic.
To align our desktop and mobile experiences we decided to redesign the site to be responsive. Which gave us tremendous opportunity to improve our overall user experience.
On the homepage we try to explain the scope and depth of content our users will expect to receive once they subscribe to docstoc.com.
This is the main landing page for users coming from SEO (google). From here the user makes the choice to either download the document or continue back looking on google for another one.
